This notice explains what Toledo Technologies LLC collects through ai.toledotechnologies.com, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. Signed client agreements govern project data and take priority over this website notice.
What we collect
The Blueprint form collects the information you choose to send. Email is required; name, company, workflow details, and data-sensitivity context are optional. Please do not submit credentials, production datasets, health records, financial account details, or other sensitive material through this first-contact form.
Our hosting infrastructure may create ordinary security and access logs, such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, timestamp, and response status.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand possible scope, prepare next steps, prevent abuse, protect the site, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use the inquiry form to add people to a marketing list.
Where it goes
The form posts to the GRACE lead bus at eolkits.com. That service records the inquiry and emails it to the studio owner. Hosting and email providers may process limited information to deliver those services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and this site does not use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and measurement
This site currently has no advertising pixels, marketing analytics SDK, or behavioral profiling system. It does not set a marketing cookie. Ordinary network and server logs may still be produced for reliability and security.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, security, or legal obligations. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and a small studio, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from a conversation by emailing hello@toledotechnologies.com. We will honor rights that apply under relevant law and may need to verify the request or retain limited records where legally required.
Children and changes
This business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. We may revise this notice when the site or its handling practices change; the revision date above identifies the current version.
