These terms govern use of ai.toledotechnologies.com. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other signed client agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
Website use
You may use this site to learn about Toledo AI and submit a legitimate business inquiry. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, send malware, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use the form for spam or unlawful content.
Information, not advice
Site content is general business and technical information, not legal, financial, compliance, security, medical, or investment advice. Examples and diagrams are illustrative. They are not customer case studies unless expressly identified as such.
Pricing and engagement
Published prices are indicative USD ranges, not an offer capable of acceptance. An Automation Blueprint is currently $3,500–$10,000 and paid 100% upfront. If a production engagement begins within 30 days, 50% of that fee is credited to the kickoff Project Retainer. The credit is capped at that Project Retainer; any unused amount lapses and does not roll into later milestones.
Scope, schedule, deliverables, third-party costs, payment milestones, and acceptance terms become binding only in a signed agreement. Production AI automation begins at $10,000.
No outcome guarantee
AI systems are probabilistic and depend on data, integrations, model providers, human adoption, and operating conditions. We do not guarantee approval, accuracy, uptime, cost savings, revenue, ROI timing, regulatory compliance, or any other business result through this website. Any project-specific warranties or service levels must be stated in a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The site, its copy, design, and code are owned by Toledo Technologies LLC or used with permission. You may not republish or commercially exploit them without permission. Project ownership is defined by the signed client agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, completed proposal-defined deliverables transfer after final payment; Toledo retains its methods, reusable components, internal tools, non-client-specific patterns, and portfolio rights subject to any NDA.
Third-party services
This site links to or relies on third-party hosting, email, and infrastructure services. Those services have their own terms and practices. Toledo Technologies LLC is not responsible for an unrelated third party’s content, availability, or acts.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties implied by site content. Toledo Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising only from use of this public website.
